ANSYS APDL Macros

Within ANSYS the workflow can be automatised trough the APDL language respectively results can be exported in a desired format. In the course of time at Rotorwerk several APDL marcros where developed in order to facilitate the daily work with ANSYS. Some of our APDL macros we want to provide tho the user of ANSYS.

Furthermore we develeped APDL macros for the generation of contact pairs and spring elements used in several structural components connections. For this purpose only some geometric parameter must be adjust. This is helpful for instance for the modeling of large-diameter slewing rings, which have many rolling elements and bolts.
Furthermore we can develope APDL macros according to your requests and requirements. Just contact us.

ETABLE188.MAC Windenergieanlagen Windkraftanlagen APDL FEM ANSYS Define the element tables for the beam element BEAM188. The identifiers correspond to those from the ANSYS help.

ETABLE39.MAC Windenergieanlagen Windkraftanlagen APDL FEM ANSYS Define the element tables for the nonlinear beam spring element COMBIN39
  • Force of the spring
  • Stretch of the spring (negative stretch correspond to a compression)
MAXSTRESS.MAC Windenergieanlagen Windkraftanlagen APDL FEM ANSYS Read of the stresses S1, S3 and SEQV from the current stated result file to a file

MAXVERSCHIEBUNG.MAC Windenergieanlagen Windkraftanlagen APDL FEM ANSYS Read of the displacements UX, UY, UZ and USUM from the current stated result file to a file

SCOUT.MAC Windenergieanlagen Windkraftanlagen APDL FEM ANSYS Read of the stresses selected nodes and writing to a file jobname.scxx. xx is a continuous number. All load steps from the result file are writen to the file.

NLOC.MAC Windenergieanlagen Windkraftanlagen APDL FEM ANSYS Read of the co-ordinates of the selected nodes and writing to the file jobname.nloc.
