Data protection

When visiting this website, data is collected by the web server for the transmission of data and partly stored in log files. In the log file of our web server anonymized data are stored when visiting our website, which provide information about the used terminal of the visitor, the browser used, the time of access, the so-called referer and the transmitted data volumes. However, a personal reference can not be produced from these data.

We use the transferred personal data (e.g., name, contact information, requests and comments, etc.) in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law. The web server also stores your IP address, which at least theoretically can be used to establish a personal reference. We only collect, store and process the data provided by the user as part of his information in the form and do not create any user profiles.

When sending an e-mail to us, your e-mail address will be used exclusively for the correspondence with you. Your correspondence will be automatically saved. A transfer to third parties or third party access to this data is excluded. If you do not wish such a storage of the correspondence with us, you have the right to object to the storage at any time. The revocation is possible under the e-mail address info@rotorwerk.de or under the postal address mentioned in the imprint.

We also use third-party content included in this online offer, such as Maps from Google Maps, videos, RSS feeds, graphics or similar. It is assumed that the providers of this content perceive the IP address of the users. Without this IP address you can not send the content to the browser of the respective user. We have no control over the third parties' IP address, e.g. save for statistical purposes. The Google Maps API is used to visually represent geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of map features by visitors. For more detailed information about Google's data processing, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

We use a session cookie for the form captcha and Google cookies for the embedded map. Cookies are used to store information associated with a website or domain locally on the computer for some time and to re-transmit it to the server upon request. The session cookie will only be generated for the duration of the current visit to our website. A unique identification number (session ID) is generated in the session cookie. As soon as you close the browser window in which you access our website, the session cookie will be deleted.

We ask you to disable the corresponding option in the system settings of your browser if you do not want cookies to be stored on your computer. Furthermore, stored cookies can be removed via the system settings of the browser. The exclusion of cookies can lead to limitations in the presentation and function of our website.

According to the principles of data avoidance and data minimization, we store personal data only as long as is necessary or required by law (multiple statutory retention periods). If the purpose of the information collected is omitted or the storage period ends, we block or delete the data.

You have the right to receive information about your stored personal data at any time upon request. Furthermore, you have the right to correction, blocking or, apart from the prescribed data storage for business transactions, to deletion of your personal data. Please contact our data protection officer at info@rotorwerk.de or at the postal address stated in the imprint. For a data lock to be taken into account at all times, it is necessary to keep the data in a lock file for control purposes. Insofar as there is no statutory archiving obligation, you can also request the deletion of the data. Otherwise, if such an obligation, we block your data on request.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time to ensure that it complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy. The new privacy policy is then valid for your next visit.
